Procedure

The initial appointment includes taking a full history and then anthropometric measurements follow, along with a body composition analysis and basal metabolism measurement. Basal metabolism measurement is a particularly useful, especially after repeated weight loss efforts, where basal metabolism may have decreased, but also in cases of athletes, where due to muscle mass metabolism increases significantly and common equations are unable to calculate metabolism accurately. In addition, another available service is the conduction of the nutritional genetics test which can, with a simple saliva sample, give a personalized report to the examinee on the diet, exercise, vitamins & minerals needed.

Don’t forget that nutrition is a sign of taking care of ourselves, so don’t neglect this as well as your physical, mental and spiritual health.

We are here to help you achieve your goals, change your eating habits and improve your health and lifestyle!
